A Gift of Grace & Beauty

Strength, grace, poise.  All of these are words that I would immediately associate with ballet but
today's gift absolutely flawed me with its beauty.

Motions being slowed to highlight the precision of the movements enabling us to appreciate the vigour
in each placement of limb....inspiring.



Thank you to the team at Swissmiss for passing this forward, I've watched it twice already.

Happy day!

  2. There was one point early on when you could see a wave of energy move through her calf muscle. Very impressive!

  3. Beautiful. You can really get a sense of how athletic their bodies are. As an ex-cheerleader, I was thinking about how high they could have done cheer jumps :)

  12. Truly beautiful, especially in slow motion just to see how fabulous there timing & technic is, I so miss dancing, it was such a huge part off my life for so many years!!!!
