The Art Of Living - A Gift of Blossoms

Today I picked the last of the Agapanthus blooms from our driveway border gardens.
Hoping to double their life, I've placed them on our sideboard in front of a mirror and they are delighting me with their cheerful faces each time that I go down the stairs.

I hope that you enjoy this gift from my garden as much as I do,

  3. Hi Felicity,

What beautiful shot. I also love agapathus, and love the way they're a reminder in Brisbane and Sth Africa Xmas is coming/or here! Also love how hardy they are and their waxy green shiny leaves are good all year round, despite needing alot of tidying. How gorgeous they are in the house. Flowers make me happy. They simply do. xxx

  9. They look beautiful Felicity. Thank you for sharing them with us! Agapanthas are one of my favourite flowers, and I have some blue ones all outside my dining room window. Not now of course! They won't be out until July/August time here in England.

  14. I do and even more so because they remind me of a friend I haven't talked to in ages. She loved purple flowers, never cared which kind of flower just loved the purple ones. Must call her :)

  18. Our Agi's have been wonderful stand-by's of indoor colour when all else is dormant. They may be classed as a weed, but they sure beat a bunch of milk thistles & soursobs in a vase!
